This week we are being visited by Andrew Larrington, of the Dogs Trust. This follows on from a highly successful and very worthwhile visit last year. The visit does not involve any live animals but Andrew will bring along his cuddly toy dog, Dougie to deliver class workshops to children in Years 1-6.

The Be Dog Smart programme focusses on Safe Behaviour Around Dogs, and every year the Dogs Trust work with hundreds of schools, offering free workshops. Their programme aims to harness safe, loving relationships between children and the dogs they share their lives and social settings with.
